WEATHER BOMB BOOT SESSION

NTULLY’S BOOT CAMP celebrated it’s first year anniversary today and ignored the weather bomb predictions – and over 15 people braved the wind and rain to take part in outdoor boot camp exercises on Plymouth Hoe.

Personal trainer, Mrs Tremeer, from St Budeaux, who is originally from Tanzania, said: “I’m excited my business is growing from strength-to-strength, and with my new online website looking to develop and grow my services in 2015.”

Independent city councillor Alison Casey, joined in on the fun and exercised with a car tyre to help build muscle strength, she said.
