GIBRALTAR CAMPAIGNER RECOGNISED FOR LOBBYING

The man who collected thirty thousand signatures to keep the Rock British and who campaigned to link up Gibraltar to the South West Euro Constituency in 2002 has been recognised for his lobbying.

Kevin Kelway has been given the People and Place Local Campaigner Award by the Sheila McKechnie Foundation in London. The award recognises his work to save Plymouth’s historical Tinside Lido.
